Developmental Screenings
From speech and occupational therapy to ABA and physical therapy, managing multiple providers can quickly become overwhelming. I help streamline the process by coordinating your child’s therapy schedule, ensuring providers are aligned, and communicating on your behalf when needed. You don’t have to juggle emails, waitlists, and intake forms alone — I take that weight off your shoulders so you can focus on being present with your child.
IEP and Special Education Navigation
If you're feeling lost in school meetings or confused by education jargon, you're not alone. I support you through every step of the IEP process — from ARD meeting prep to understanding accommodations and goal-setting. I’ll help you advocate effectively, communicate confidently with your child’s school team, and make sure your voice is heard. Organization of Appointments and Follow-Up

I help organize appointments, track referrals, follow up with clinics, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. In addition to one-on-one case management, I also host social-emotional learning (SEL) classes and “Grab-and-Go Backpack Creation” workshops at local recreation centers for students with a variety of special needs. These hands-on, inclusive sessions are designed to support emotional regulation, build coping skills, and provide families with customized toolkits they can use at home or school. Each class is adapted to meet the unique needs of every participant, creating a safe, welcoming space for learning, creativity, and connection.
